The solution was to purchase the adjacent site which was occupied by a dwelling and a number of out buildings.

The completed development provides a 40 bedroomed purpose built home for young disabled people. In addition, the existing home has been completly refurbished with an extension providing 7 bedrooms with ensuites, larger day rooms and a conservatory.
