Facilities

We have recently started offering a facilities management services due to the demand from our clients.

On completion of a new build development, we are able to offer a bespoke service which can include inspection/maintenance and certification of electrical and mechanical services.

If this service is provided from the completion of any development we can give a 1 year, 3 year or 5 year fixed price cost.

We can also provide a repair and maintenance service to existing developments tailored to your needs. This may include planned maintenance, ongoing replacement or repair as necessary.

Refurbishment

With our contacts and buying power for new build developments, we can quote competatively for refurbishments.

This could either be a total refurbishment of an existing home like Bowerfield House or a cosmetic refurbishment of a bedroom wing to include new furniture, curtains, carpets and decorations.
