Case Study

Cavendish Court is a 43 bedroomed home for the elderly located in Alderley Edge. With high land costs the brief was to maximise the development potential of the site. The solution included three storeys of residential accomodation and a fourth storey housing all the back of house facilities within the roof void. This includes the kitchen, laundry, plant room, staff room, offices and stores.
