Cavendish Court

Cavendish Court is a 43 bedroomed home for the elderly. Located in Alderley Edge with high land costs the brief was to maximise its potential. The solution includes three storeys of residential accomodation and a fourth story housing all the back of house facilities. This includes the kitchen, laundry, plant room, staff room, offices and stores.

It was considered cost effective to provide a steel frame structure to support the building above the road access leading to the car park at the rear of the site.
